Georgia Avram, 94, mother of Dr. Lee Avramidis of New Hartford and wife of the late Arresto Avram, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare Center. Georgia was born on December 2, 1925, in Erie, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Aristotelis and Angelica Kontis. Georgia is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Dr. Lee and Athena Avramidis of New Hartford and Dean and Anastasia Avram of Clearwater, FL; her grandchildren, Georgiana (Avramidis) and Jesse Sullivan, Nassy Avramidis, Aristo and Amanda Avram and Dimitri Avram. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with the Mark C. Bentz Funeral Service, Inc., New Hartford.
