Jean Parr Andrello, 70, of Baldwinsville, formerly of Utica and New Hartford, passed away Saturday, December 9, 2023, with her family by her side.

She was born June 1, 1953, in Utica, the daughter of the late George and Mary Ionta Hoban and was a graduate of New Hartford High School.  In 1986, in Whitesboro, she married Mark D. Andrello.  For many years, Jean was a waitress, hostess and manager at the Hook, Line & Sinker in New Hartford.  She later worked at Kirby's, Vito's and the Scotch 'N Sirloin in the Syracuse area.  She was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Church in Baldwinsville.

Jeanie was a devoted wife, mother and Nani and was a passionate animal lover.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Mark; her daughter, Amy M. (Mark C.) Bentz; two step children, Frank (Jean) Andrello and Amy Andrello; two loving grandchildren, Maria Rose Bentz and Maxwell Curtis Bentz; two step grandchildren, Gwen Cole and Lillianne Setlak; her twin Sister, Joan (Blair Maracchion) Woods; her brother, Jerry (Jeannine) Hoban; her sister-in-law, Joy (Nini) Ventura; and nieces and nephews, Ronald (Tamara) Woods, Jerry (Victoria) Hoban, Jaime Hoban (Matthew Fallon), Justin Hoban, Rufus, Jr. (Brittney) Ventura and Nina (Alan) Liest.  She was predeceased by her brother, George Hoban; and her step grandson, Harry Smith, Jr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 16 at 11 am at St. Thomas Church, New Hartford.  Entombment will be in Crown Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum, Clinton.  Calling hours will be Friday from 4-7 pm at the Mark C. Bentz Funeral Service, Inc., 13 Oxford Road, New Hartford.
