Joseph T. Hajec, 86, formally of Utica, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023.

Joseph was born on August 13,1936 in Utica, to Stephen and Eva Hajec.  After graduating from UFA he went on to serve his country in the US Army. Over the years, he was involved in several different businesses. Joseph, had a very interesting life and traveled all over the world. He formed many long-lasting relationships.

Joseph, was predeceased by his parents; his sister, Florence (Raymond) Seakan; brothers, Stanley (Margaret), Thomas (Helen), John (Joan), and Edward. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Lillian Hajec; as well as many nieces and nephews, in addition to many lifelong friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 9, at 11 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Utica. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
