Judith M. Kowalsky, 83, of Utica, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at her home.

Born April 8, 1942, in Utica, she was the daughter of the late Nathan and Sara Arlen Kowalsky.

Judith is survived by a sister, Ellen K. Salsbury of Natick, MA; a niece, Heidi Shaff, MD; a nephew, Scott Salsbury; and a great niece and great nephews, Rebecca, Adam, Lincoln and Phoenix "Sparky".

Graveside services will be Tuesday, March 10 at 10 am at Temple Beth El Cemetery, Wood Road, Whitesboro.

Arrangements are with the Mark C. Bentz Funeral Service, Inc., New Hartford.
