Kim Lorraine Pesto Eddy, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Newark, Ohio on Friday, June 5, 2009. Kim was born on March 26, 1956, in Utica, to Lawrence and Dorothy Hennessey Pesto of Waterville. Kim graduated from Waterville Central School in 1974, and then graduated from Herkimer County Community College, SUNY Fredonia and SUNY Cortland, where she earned her Master's in Education. She was a retired Teacher loved by all. In 1982, Kim was married to Kenneth Eddy at St. Bernard's Church in Waterville. Together they had one son, Kenneth Eddy II, whom she cherished and loved dearly. Kim was an angel to everyone she knew, always thinking of her family and friends before herself. A gifted crafter and artist, she loved the arts and traveling. Kim was a member of St. Francis DeSales Church in Newark, Ohio. She is survived by her parents; husband; son; cousins; many friends; and beloved canines. Funeral services will be held Thursday at the convenience of the family at the Kloster-Northrop & Bentz Funeral Home, Waterville, with Rev. Thomas Servatius officiating. Interment will be Thursday at 2 PM in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Waterville. Dear friends may attend the service at the cemetery. In keeping with Kim's wishes, there will be no calling hours.
