Mary Jo Felice-Garrett, 55, of Rome, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 29, 2018 at her home. She was born February 9, 1962, in Rome, the daughter of Mary Patane Felice and the late Joseph Felice. She was a graduate of RFA and received her RN degree from St. Elizabeth Hospital School of Nursing. She was a vibrant soul taken too soon. She loved animals, gardening, cooking, and caring for her family. She will be remembered for her big heart and contagious smile. Her children were her pride and joy, and her greatest love. Mary Jo is survived by her daughter and grandson, Sara Garrett and Connor Foist of Naples, FL; her son and his significant other, John Garrett and Samantha Myers of Westernville; her mother, Mary Felice of Rome; and her brother, Noah Felice of Syracuse. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are with Bentz Funeral Service, Inc., New Hartford.
