Robert B. "Bob" Moore, 66 of Houston, TX, loving husband, father and grandfather, went peacefully to be with our Lord on Sunday, August 17, 2008, at his home. Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothea Moore, mother-in-law, Mary McNamara, brother-in-law, Vito Colucci and sister-in-law, Joan Moore. He was the beloved husband of June McNamara Moore. They were married February 3, 1968 and from that union they were blessed with four children. Bob's love of family was inspired by his three sons and a daughter, Joseph Moore of Katy, TX, Thomas and Heather Moore of Katy, TX, Christopher Moore of Sealy, TX and Melissa Moore of Houston, TX. The apples of his eye were his two grandsons, Julian and Sean Moore; and two granddaughters, Sophia Moore and Kelsey Huckabee. Bob was educated in Waterville and went on to enlist in the United States Air Force. After completing his education and tour of duty he was honorably discharged. He returned to the Waterville area to his love of farming. He was an avid "CUBS" and "NASCAR" fan. Bob leaves behind his sister, Phyllis Colucci, of OH; four brothers, Ronald and Beverly Moore, of North Syracuse, Donald and Pam Moore, of PA, his identical twin, Raymond Moore, of Ilion and John "Fred" and Martina Moore, of MA; his aunt, Joyce Roberts, of Waterville; and uncle, Pat Roberts of Richfield Springs. He also leaves his in-laws, Loretta and Allan Hiscock, of Winterton, NFLD, Thomas and Kathleen McNamara, Robert and Barbara McNamara, Gloria and Steven Lollman, Eleanor and Dr. David Petrie and Barbara and Frank Manno, all of Waterville, Theresa Nelson, of Oriskany Falls, Bruce McNamara, of Jamestown, Kevin and Janet McNamara, of FL and Christopher and Maribel McNamara, of TX; as well as an abundant amount of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 am at St. Bernard's Church, Waterville. Interment will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday evening from 5-8 at the Kloster-Northrop & Bentz Funeral Home, 210 E. Main St., Waterville. May you rest in peace.
