Robert R. Dealing, 65, of Sherburne, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 6, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica. He was born July 18, 1945, in Utica, the son of the late Ronald and Eleanor Townsend Dealing and was a graduate of Sauquoit Central School. On April 14, 1976, in Brookfield, he married Betty J. Tilbe. She passed away November 18, 1999. Mr. Dealing is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jody and Sam Perry of Otego; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Freedom Dealing of New Berlin and Stanley and Holly Dealing of Brookfield; a sister, Beverly Eckerson of Marcy; two brothers, Edward Heath of Cedarville and Allen Heath of Herkimer; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren; aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Dealing; and a grandson, Scott Perry. The funeral will be Thursday evening at 7 o'clock at the Kloster-Northrop & Bentz Funeral Home, 210 E. Main St., Waterville, with Pastor Allen Carpenter officiating. Committal services will be Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Fairview Cemetery, Bridgewater. Calling hours are Thursday evening from 5-7, prior to the service.
