Thomas R. Stanbrook, 83, of Utica, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023 at the Pines at Utica

He was born December 23, 1939, in Utica, the son of the late Ralph Stanbrook and Lillian Giles Stanbrook Heintz.  He was a graduate of UFA and attended MVCC.  At one time, Tom was employed in the Drafting and Mapping Department for the City of Utica.

Tom was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time in Florida and going out to dinner with his family.

He is survived by a son, Thomas (Pearl) Stanbrook of Camden; two sisters, Jean Lewandrowski of New Hartford and Janet Chambrone of San Diego, CA; and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his wife, Aileen; a sister. Margaret (Austin) Casey; and a brother, Richard Stanbrook.

A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, July 18 from 9:30-10:30 am at the Mark C. Bentz Funeral Service, Inc., 13 Oxford Road, New Hartford, followed by a funeral service at 10:30 am with Rev. Thomas Servatius officiating.  Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
