Vicki C. Tagg, 63, of Sauquoit, passed away on Monday, May 5, 2014 at her home. She was born August 21, 1950, in New Rochelle, the daughter of the late Edmund Reppert and Barbara Ramsey. Vicki was educated in Pelham and received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Empire State College. On May 3, 1986, in Sauqerties, she married Leonard Jon Tagg. For many years she was a Social Worker and Case Manager, working with AIDS patients and families, a passion of hers since the 1980's. She last worked at AIDS Community Resources in Utica. Vicki loved reading and researching Aurthurian Legend (King Arthur), genealogy, birds and plants. She is survived by her husband, Jon; three children, John and Mary-Elizabeth Mitchell of Long Island, Julie and David Kampf of Utica and Jason and Jennifer Mitchell of Sauquoit; a sister, Kathy Arnold of Windsor; a brother, Edmund Reppert of Rochester; her stepmother, Patricia Reppert of Virginia; two stepdaughters, Leyla Farrell of Minnesota and Cary Russell of England; 13 grandchildren; and five nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Michael Reppert from Schenectady. Per her request services will be private. Arrangements are under the guidance of the Bentz Funeral Service, Inc., Utica/New Hartford.
